Microsoft trembles: Seven million PS4 have been sold world wide

It appears that Microsoft will have a hard time this generation to surpass PS4 sales this generation. Sony today announced that more than seven million PS4 units have been sold world wide as of April 6, 2014. The PS4 is also strong in software sales. As of April 13, more than 20.5 million PS4 retail games have been sold in stores world wide and from the PlayStation Store. Sony is currently officially selling the PS4 in 72 countries and regions worldwide. On February the PS4 beat the Xbox One in console sales in the US, while Microsoft sold more games than Sony.
